Coming from a boisterous French-Canadian family, I appreciate the importance of culture, good food, and finding a place to call home. Having lived in a few cities across Ontario and Quebec, I now enjoy homesteading in beautiful Norfolk County with my wife, two young kids, extended family, and Sunny, the Aussie/Border mix…consequently, I get to enjoy lots of trail running!

Previously, I’ve worked as a Montessori/Nature school instructor, in retail management, and also in a factory setting before moving to Mental Health with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in 2014.

I work from a Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) perspective, informed by Adlerian/Schema therapy, Narrative theory, culturally competent Indigenous training, and a spiritually informed mindfulness perspective.

My intention is to work with you to clear any guilt, shame, anger, anxiety, and depression at the root, to get you free and clear to put more energy into what you love, whatever that may be.

Vincent holds a BA in Psychology from Western University, King’s College, and MA in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University; certified clinical fellow by the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists (NBCCH).
